Packaging

All charms come with a presentation organza gift bag, which includes a certificate of authenticity. Items are delivered first class in a white padded envelope.

Certificate of authenticity

All charms are supplied with a certificate of authenticity noting the purchaser, date of purchase and signed.

Delivery times

Delivery method will be determined by Zarita Charms based on the value and size of the items ordered. Shipping methods used are listed below with estimated delivery times and other relevant information.

Approx Dispatch Time

All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Zarita before 3pm GMT, placed online or ordered by telephone will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders received after 3pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.

Royal Mail 1st Class For UK Orders

1st class postage with NO signature required on delivery. Used for smaller packages and order below £50. Orders usually arrive in 1-2 days, although occasionally delays can occur. Zarita charms cannot guarantee delivery times. No tracking information available. Due to the current weather conditions, we are experiencing some disruptions and delays to our delivery service.
